I’m Joey - a former aerialist and adrenalin goblin turned Yoga Teacher in training, currently rebuilding my world after a spinal cord injury.

Life is a circus and mine became grounded. It stole my passion, my community and my mental health reset. But I am actively writing a new script. This is where we break the mundane through quirky micro-adventures, drop the expectation of perfection and find unfiltered joy in the pieces left behind.
